Step 1: Selecting the keyword
First, let’s determine what keyword we will use to climb to the top of Olympus. A keyword is the word that people search for the information they want in a search.
What we need to do:
- Form a list of queries in your head that the most paying and hottest customers will search for you;
- Check it against the demand here: wordstat.yandex.ru; google keywords and others.
- Check that the frequency does not exceed 10,000 hits (you can do more, but it will be harder);
- Take 5-10 words “that searched with the word. To do this you need to write a keyword in wordstat.yandex.ru, and then click on it, and all the words below it will be just “what was looking for in the word.
In our case we took the keyword “wide back”. And here’s a screenshot for you, pay attention to the number of impressions.
Step 2: Create a headline
Before you upload the video to YouTube, you need to name the file with the most important keyword. Recall, for example, we called it “Wide Back”. That’s why we call the file that.

Planning a promotional campaign for a video even before the video is produced. In other words, when producing a video, it’s important to understand how you’re going to promote the video and consider all the factors that affect the effectiveness of the campaign.
Reaching the target audience. By showing the video to users who are potentially interested in it, we affect all three factors: getting a good CTR from impressions to views, increasing the average viewing depth, and getting quality feedback.
